The Arabian bowman is the counterpart of the archer. He can be considered superior, as he has a little higher health and fire rate, granting him better efficiency in combat. He however loses out in terms of versatility, as he is unable to dig moat or scale ladders.

Compared to the crossbowman, the Arab archer performs considerably more even: not only he can survive a crossbow shot, but he can also inflict higher damage due to the very short draw time. This makes the Arabian bowman a suitable shock trooper, as well as a more reliable defender.

Arabian bowmen require a free peasant from the campfire with a sum of 75 gold to recruit.
