Changes: Iron Mine

The Iron mine is an industry building that costs 20 wood. 2 workers go there once built and one mines the ore the other carries the metal bar. Iron Bars can be used for many things and are the most expensive industry item in the game.

Uses

Needed to create swords, maces and metal armor.

Needed to create oil smelter.

Really good money maker.

Facts

Selling 5 Iron bars gets 115 gold

Buying 5 loses 225 gold

Thats a difference of 22 gold per bar.

By mining you save 45 gold a bar.

In Stronghold 1, iron had to be placed at high elevation.

In Stronghold Crusader, iron is carried to the stockpile by one worker while iron is still being mined by a second worker.

In Stronghold 2 & Legends, iron is now carried by oxen which need ox tethers an industry building.
