They are normally contained in cages due to their aggresiveness, they dont differ friend or foe, their only thoughts are to hunt down soldiers. They are weak in health, as a few spearmen can easily dispatch them. They are best used for defensive purposes, as they cannot be controlled, so are best used as a first line of defence to easily take out anything that may be attacking your castle walls. Just for the entertaiment purposes, one can build an "arena" with a few cages, then let them out and let the soldier(s) fight them

They return to their cages after the enemy has been removed or their targets got out of range. They may also seek for additional targets afterwards. Dogs deal high damage, but possess moderate health. The cage is removed when all of its dogs are dead.

Wardog cages are best kept in concealed positions, where they can attack their targets from relative safety. The dogs are best as a last-ditch defense since they can be built instantly, however [[siege engine]]s are particularly effective against them, bombarding from outside trigger range. [[Trebuchet]]s can make use of their high-arc shots from a safe distance.
If you are facing the Caliph, you could stop slave attacks by putting three or four cages to defend your farms but make sure they are a good distance away from your farmers and cattle, or they will attack them

Functionality

War hounds are kept in cages, in packs of four. Aggressive and brutal, it attacks everyone that gets near. They return to their cages after the enemy has been removed or their targets got out of range. They may also seek for additional targets afterwards. Dogs deal high damage, but possess moderate health. The cage is removed when all of its dogs are dead.
