Wardogs in their cage.
Wardog is a special canine trained to fight in the Stronghold games.
They are normally contained in cages due to their aggresiveness, they dont differ friend or foe, they are trained to hunt down soldiers. They are weak in health, as a few spearmen can easily dispatch them. After they attacked successfully and no other target is in sight, the dogs return to their cages.
They are best used for defensive purposes, as they cannot be controlled, so they are best used as a first line of defence to easily take out anything that may be attacking your castle walls. A maximum of ten wardog cages can be placed by one player.
In Stronghold Crusader, wardogs attack only hostile soldiers.
